So how do Venus Freeze™ treatments work?
With the use of medical-grade Radio Frequency and Magnetic Pulse technology the water in the skin cells is heated, causing a controlled trauma that triggers the healing response in the body. This healing response is what creates the increased growth of connective tissue, called Fibroblasts. Many treatments such as Microneedling rely on the healing response of the body to improve the skin, however, these treatments are unable to trigger the same kind of Fibroblast proliferation that Venus Freeze triggers within the dermis, (the layer of tissue directly under all 5 layers of the epidermis).
A significant amount of Fibroblast creation must take place for enough collagen and elastin growth to occur if we are to improve the effects of slackened and weakened skin integrity.
